Our basic aim is to create Specialist healthcare facilities in rural and backward areas for the poor patients who cannot travel long distances and who cannot afford to pay for the treatment available in cities and towns.
Help us to serve the health care needs of the rural poor.
WE solicit donations in cash and kind for Drishtidana Sevayajna and other projects of Sri Vivekanand Sevashrama. Payment through cheque/DD will help us to procure our requirements according to our needs. Cheque/DD may be drawn in favour of Sri Vivekananda Sevashrama Bangalore. All donations are exempt from Income Tax under 80 G. Home ministry of Govt. Of India has permitted Sri Vivekananda Sevashrama to receive Foreign donations.
We welcome you to participate in our Arogya Bhagya Sevayajna in any of the twelve ways
- By Sponsoring medical / surgical treatment at the hospital for needy poor patients
- By providing transport for transporting volunteers, doctors and equipment for our rural Specialist medical aid camps, and transporting patients to hospital and back.
- By providing food for our volunteers and patients at our rural surgery & check up camps.
- By providing medicines, dressings and other requirements for Arogya Bhagya Sevayajna.
- By providing surgical and other instruments required for our Arogya Bhagya Sevayajna
- By providing major equipment required for our eye hospital like operating microscopes, auto refractometers, Etc and equipments for our Arogya Bhagya Sevayajna project.
- By providing intra ocular lenses required for our cataract surgery project.
- By providing theatre consumables like disposable gloves, syringes, hand wash lotions Etc.
- By providing spectacles and other needs to poor people.
- By sponsoring Health check up camps for school children and attending to treatment of some children when necessary.
- By mobilizing resources in cash and kind for Arogya Bhagya Sevayajna project along with our eye hospital project.
- By rendering service as volunteer, motivating doctors, nurses, and refractionists and others to render voluntary service at our Arogya Bhagya Sevakendras.
